Reservations from your website(booking engine) are direct and without commission, so you want to give all available rooms, don't stop sales on your booking engine.
 
The booking engine looks if there is a room available for the whole stay, so you won t have to spit a reservation (move customer to different rooms for his stay) instead of just looking for free nights as the channels do.
 
  
When you reduce the target sales from 17 to 10 double rooms, it means that instead of 17 reservations, the booking engine can send you 10 reservations only as long as you have 10 available rooms in your calendar.

In order to stop sales for the Booking Engine you can follow the steps described below.

1. Go to Setting -> Booking Agencies -> Contracts and select the contract you have associated with the Booking Engine. Be.png

2. Once you open the relevant contract, go to the 'Rooms' tab. This is where you will change the allotment sent to your Booking Engine.

To do stop sales for all the room types of your property

First you need to select the dates, the days of the week and tick the boxes of all the room types as shown below. Then change the sales target to '0' and click 'Set'. Be2.png

To do stop sales for customed selection

In the same tab, you can select the date for when you wish to change the allotment, and then change the sales target for the room type you want to apply the change. Then, click 'Save'.

Keep in mind:
