It's hoteliga's policy not to store credit card information in its systems for security reasons.

However, hoteliga has contracted with a third party service that securely stores and retrieves credit card information (PCI DSS Level-1 certified). This is an optional service that comes at an additional cost and is called Credit Card Vault.

By having purchased this service, when a reservation from the booking engine or the channel manager arrives (except the reservations of booking.com), the credit card information can be retrieved and displayed from within the reservation window.

For the reservations coming from booking.com, the user must still go to the booking.com's extranet to get the credit card information.

If the Credit Card Vault service is not purchased, the user must go to all contracted OTA extranets to get the credit card information.
