Adding "non refundable rates" is very important for the economical situation of your hotel, as it will reduce significantly the cancellations of reservations. More specifically, a non refundable rate is the lowest price you can offer for a double room, which don't includes extras. The client can pay the full price at the time of booking in order to earn a better price. Also, this is a good way to earn new clients that they would like to reserve a room at a lower price.
