Introduction

In some countries such as Spain, Portugal, Italy and Colombia hoteliers must communicate to the territorially competent police headquarters, EXCLUSIVELY through the Accommodation Service, the details of the guests inhouse

The creation and manual sending of guests registration slips one by one to the authorities is a headache, a lot of energy consumed in the process and can cause legal troubles.

hoteliga has developed a tool that can help you so you don’t have to worry about anything because our system will do it for you.

First of all you need to be registered with the corresponding authorities and complete the setup inside your hoteliga account.

For Police Authorities the main (base) details to be uploaded/exported are:

  • Name and surname(s),
  • Document type, date of issue and number of the identity document,
  • Sex,
  • Date of birth,
  • Nationality (country),
  • Day of arrival (when the client enters your vacation property).

While the basic information to be sent for different type of properties is the same, there are a few initial configuration settings that need to be taken into account to the different of Authorities.
