The possible reservation statuses are defined below:

| Checked In | Customer has arrived at the property and has been registered at the front desk/reception. | Confirmed, Checked Out, Early Departure, Late Checkout |
| Checked Out | Customer has left the property after having paid any outstanding amounts. | Checked In |
| Early Departure | Customer has left the property earlier than defined in the checkin/checkout policy. | Checked In |
| Canceled confirmed | Customer has canceled his confirmed reservation. May have to pay cancelation fees, depending on the property's cancelation policy. | Confirmed |
