The possible reservation statuses are defined below:

Status Meaning Other Available Statuses
Tentative Reservation is not confirmed, customer has not made deposit or is not sure. This is usually used for direct reservations. IMPORTANT: A reservation in this status is not taken into account when updating the OTAs for availability. Confirmed, Canceled Tentative
Confimed Reservation is confirmed, it's a reservation from an OTA or customer has provided deposit or credit card number. Tentative, Checked-in, Canceled confirmed, No show
Checked In Customer has arrived at the property and has been registered at the front desk/reception. Confirmed, Checked Out, Early Departure, Late Checkout
Checked Out Customer has left the property after having paid any outstanding amounts. Checked In
Early Departure Customer has left the property earlier than defined in the checkin/checkout policy. Checked In
Canceled confirmed Customer has canceled his confirmed reservation. May have to pay cancelation fees, depending on the property's cancelation policy. Confirmed
