The possible reservation statuses are defined below:
| Status | Meaning | Other Available Statuses |

| Tentative | Reservation is not confirmed, customer has not made deposit or is not sure. This is usually used for direct reservations. | Confirmed, Canceled Tentative |
| Confimed | Reservation is confirmed, it's a reservation from an OTA or customer has provided deposit or credit card number. | Tentative, Checked-in, Canceled confirmed, No show |
| Checked In | Customer has arrived at the property and has been registered. | Confirmed, Checked Out, Early Departure, Late Checkout |
