From the regional settings you can customise the language, date, units of measurement, time zone, currencies, custom exchange rates.
Languages
hoteliga supports the following languages:
- English
- Spanish
- Portuguese
- Greek
- Italian
- Turkish
- Arabic
The system has a "main" language and allows for none or multiple "supported" languages.
The main language is the language of the hoteliga user interface. All messages, button etc. will appear in the specific language.
The supported languages are secondary languages that provide localized content in the following areas:
- Templates
- You can select a country-specific, localized template when sending an email to a customer through the reservation window
- You can issue an invoice in the preferred language of the customer through the reservation window or the tools.
- Booking engine. You can provide localized/country-specific content for the following sections
- Room types (through the Room Types option under Settings)
If you wish to change language don't forget to log out and log in to the system again in order to activate your changes.
Other Regional Settings
Select the date (there are 3 formats to choose from).
Select units of measurement (square feet or square meters).
Select your time zone (Caution: access to the system from another country than the one you typically enter can cause erroneous movement of reservation date due to the time zone difference. If you find yourself anytime in another country in another time zone, you must adjust the time zone and time of your computer to match with the one that is specified in Settings / Local Settings of hoteliga.
Select your currency and custom exchange rates.
