Booking.com supports the following types of restrictions:

Minimum stay arrival, minimum stay through, maximum stay arrival, maximum stay through, closed on arrival and closed on departure.

Detailed explanation of each restriction can be found below:

Minimum stay arrival: new reservations arriving on the date where a minimum stay arrival restriction is in place, must meet the minimum number of days on the Minimum Stay Arrival restriction in order to be booked. This restriction also only counts from the day of arrival.

Maximum stay arrival: new reservations arriving on the date where a maximum stay arrival restriction is in place cannot exceed the maximum number of days on the Maximum stay arrival restriction in order to be booked. The restriction only counts for searches on that day of arrival.

Maximum stay through: if any part of a new reservation touches the Maximum stay through restriction date(s), it cannot exceed the maximum number of days on the stay restriction in order to be booked.

Closed on arrival: the restriction doesn't allow a reservation to be made when guests want to arrive on the selected date.

Closed on departure: the restriction doesn’t allow a reservation to be made when guests want to depart on the selected date
