The creation and manual sending of guests registration slips one by one to the authorities is a headache, a lot of energy consumed in the process and can cause legal troubles.
hoteliga has developed a tool that can help you so you don’t have to worry about anything because our system will do it for you. It works as follows:
First of all you need to be registered with the corresponding authorities and complete the setup inside your hoteliga account.
The main (base) details to be uploaded/exported are:
- Name and surname(s),
- Document type, date of issue and number of the identity document,
- Sex,
- Date of birth,
- Nationality (country),
- Day of arrival (when the client enters your vacation property).
